Building a home should be one of life’s most exciting experiences, not a source of stress and uncertainty. That’s the belief that drives everything we do at KTM Modulars, a family-owned business that has been serving Central New Hampshire families since 2003.
Founded as a division of KTM Exteriors & Recycling, we discovered early on that modular construction offered something traditional building couldn’t: the perfect combination of superior quality, predictable timelines, and honest pricing. While other builders struggled with weather delays and cost overruns, we found a better way.
Our mission is simple, to work closely with our customers to help them get the best value from home building using the modular concept. We believe in lots of work and forethought upfront because it saves our families from costly change orders and keeps costs stable. Most importantly, we build your home in a climate-controlled environment, protected from New England’s unpredictable weather.
